Frank P. Suess is a proven veteran in the healthcare industry with an extensive background in operations, business management, industrial design, sourcing, importation/exportation and entrepreneurship.

Frank served as V.P. of operations for Lindly & Co., a publicly traded manufacturer from 1981-1989.

Since 1990, Frank has founded several businesses and has had a proven record of success. During his time in the medical device industry, Frank has created and nurtured several other companies which are currently are thriving today.

Frank earned his Master's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Munich in 1968.

Frank and Herta, his wife of 52 years, are supporters of Little Smiles -Kids with Cancer, American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, Palm Beach Hospice, Palm Beach County Boys & Girls Club, My Brothers/Sisters Keeper, the Wellington Rotary Club (Recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship), Wellington Chamber of Commerce, Central Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Wellington Man of the Year 2003, Doctors without Borders.

Oliver Suess has been in the medical device industry for over 25 years, specializing in business development, investment, sales and marketing.

Also a key member in launch and success of the multiple upstarts and medical brands.

Oliver has extensive knowledge in sourcing and has developed multiple products which have been successfully marketed throughout the world.

After working his way up through the ranks of multiple healthcare companies, Oliver became a founding member of Pharma Supply, Inc. and has worked to build the business and the brands to become a familiar name throughout the industry.

Oliver holds a Bachelor Degree from University of North Florida and has lived in the Asheville area for over 12 years and owned and operated businesses in the area since moving here.

As the company’s Vice President, Oliver oversees shipping, logistics, and warehousing operations in the Fletcher, NC campus.

Steven A. Thuss, a graduate of New York City Technical College, has 30 years experience in the medical industry. Specializing in medical billing, medical device development, and government auditing, Mr. Thuss is also a wealth of knowledge for FDA Regulation and 510(k) submissions.

With deep ties to eyecare and optometry and ophthalmology, Steven has worked in many eyecare and optical laboratories supervising accounting, human resources and purchasing.

A devout pet lover, Steven was instrumental in the launch of the PetTest brand of pet diabetes/glucose monitoring systems, and is extremely active in the charitable arm of the company.

PetTest, under Steven’s guidance, currently sponsors DDO-U, a free educational platform formed by the Diabetic Dog Owners (DDO) group on Facebook.

Mr. Thuss has also ushered in a generous program called Project: Adopt A Sugar Baby, in which the company will provide the initial testing equipment and supplies to enrolled individuals who adopt a diabetic pet with pre-existing diagnosis.
